Group therapy provides an opportunity to connect with others, gain insight through shared experiences, and practice new ways of relating in a supportive environment.

Benefits of Group Therapy

Research shows that group therapy can be as effective a individual therapy for many mental health concerns while offering unique opportunities for growth through shared experiences and interpersonal learning. In a supportive environment, group members often gain new perspectives, practice healthier ways of relating to others, and discover they are not alone in their struggles. Many participants find that giving and receiving feedback, building meaningful connections, and learning from others with similar experiences promotes lasting personal change.
